During each session, I serve as your guide, wielding a versatile toolkit of holistic modalities. I will tailor your sessions to your individual needs, intuitively selecting the most effective approaches to help you refine your present and future story. By listening attentively to your body and soul, I will create a personalized roadmap with you to assist your transformation. This journey of self-discovery empowers you to reclaim your power, reconnect with your authentic essence, and emerge as the author of a life filled with purpose, joy, and unwavering self-love.
These skills and modalities are built upon the foundation of traditional chinese medicine, incorporating ancient philosophies with the art of holistic kinesiology. I work with your energy (Qi) to gently transform and release what no longer serves you.
This can be achieved by using a variety of entry points such as Neuro-emotional Technique (NET), Neuro-ogranisational Technique (NOT), Lifeline Technique, Access Bars and Hypnosis.



Modalities Used
NET - Neuro-emotional Technique is used to unlock the emotional stories we hold deep within our physical body, making the mind-body connection to alleviate the associated unresolved stress .
NOT - Neuro-organisational Technique is a series of simple brain function steps to reorganise and restore your nervous system health to facilitate and regulate survival responses and key body functions.
Lifeline Technique uses muscle testing and reflex points to identify and resolve stuck events (real or imagined) roadblocks to health and unlock your body's natural ability to restore balance.
Access Bars are 32 points on the head, when lightly touched, effortlessly and easily release the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, judgements, conclusions and self limiting behaviours that stop you from creating the life you desire.
Hypnosis is a method of inducing a trance or dream-like state of deep relaxation in order to access the unconscious mind to facilitate suggestions to change behaviours which you want to transform to empower your life.
